We need to get this community up and running again, we need some ideas for topics for each week or something that would get everyone involved. The few things I had come up with is posting healthy recipes we had found, or ways to make our favorite recipes low fat, low carb, or whatever plan anyone is following. We could have a day where people post their exercise routines, or having the Pros/Cons lists on fridays like another group I belong to. What do you think would be beneficial? Come on ladies lets get this group up and running!
