Ok, guys, I need your help big time!!! Jeremy and I booked our honeymoon vacation last night. We are going on a cruise to Alaska in two months!! I am obviously not going to be as thin as I wanted to be to go on a cruise, but I would be happy to lose 20-30 pounds. Is this doable? I have had a really hard time getting motivated in the last couple weeks. I haven’t been exercising at all, and I haven’t been eating that great either. Help!! I am going to need some extra support and any tips anyone has. I am up for anything at this point. I am still reading my Dr. Phil book and I think I have some major food issues to deal with. I really want to be healthier and feel better about myself!! Help!!! Please!!!
